India Cocktail Week’s Delhi edition blended fine spirits, music, and mindful sustainability into one unforgettable celebration.

As the sun dipped behind Gurugram’s shimmering skyline, Delhi’s nightlife awakened — vibrant, rhythmic, and electric. On November 8–9, India Cocktail Week (ICW) returned for its sixth edition, transforming DLF Cyber City’s Surface Parking into an immersive playground for cocktail enthusiasts, music lovers, and culture seekers.
This year, ICW celebrated India’s fast-growing cocktail renaissance with a dynamic Cocktail Village, where over 25 global and homegrown brands showcased their artistry through 150 inventive drinks. From timeless favourites like Bombay Sapphire, Absolut, and Bacardí to rising indie stars such as Cashmir Vodka, Pistola, and Zoya Gin, each pour echoed a deeper appreciation for craftsmanship and creativity in mixology.
Adding a global buzz, some of Asia’s finest bars — Bar Trigona (Kuala Lumpur), Opium Bar (Bangkok), and Barc — hosted exclusive takeovers that brought world-class cocktail culture straight to Delhi. On the food front, the capital’s favourites — Good Flippin’ Burger, Aku’s Burgers, Torte, and Koyla Kebab — kept the celebration alive with flavour-packed bites.

The music lineup elevated the experience further, blending genres and moods with performances by Peter Cat Recording Co, Habibeats, Hamza Rahimtula, and Aashna Malik. Their sets created a euphoric, free-flowing atmosphere that matched the spirited energy of the festival.
Workshops, tasting sessions, and collaborations underscored mixology as both a craft and an art. Highlights included Pistola’s bar crawl and Margaret’s Eye’s cocktail-pairing experiences, giving visitors an immersive understanding of flavour, experimentation, and storytelling.
Beyond entertainment, ICW stayed committed to its sustainability mission. Reusable materials, minimal waste practices, and responsible consumption took centre stage. “We want to foster responsible, eco-friendly celebrations,” said co-founder Sharan Behl.
With over 10,000 attendees, the Delhi edition was one of ICW’s most energetic and imaginative celebrations yet. “The energy, creativity, and enthusiasm were unmatched,” shared co-founder Akshat Kumar.
As India Cocktail Week now heads to Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Mumbai, Delhi has once again set the bar high — raising a toast to artistry, community, and the evolving spirit of celebration.
